Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born October 17 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films as well as Telugu films along with a handful of Malayalam. She won the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her performance in the film as actress Savitri. Her other awards include three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy has the father of producer G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her professional career started in the early 2000s when she was a child actor. She returned to the film industry after studying fashion. She starred in her debut major character on screen in Geethaanjali (2013) which was which was a Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in 2015 and began to accept projects outside of Malayalam. Although the movie did poorly at the box office the film she made her debut in is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005), which she starred in with Vikramprabhu. Her busy schedule throughout 2015 meant that she had decide to pull out of projects that she was working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to make room for larger projects. She then worked on Rajini Murugan's Remo and Remo in two film. Also, Dhanush and she played as the main characters for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film was pushed back since 2015 and reports suggest it will be released after September, 2020 under the name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), with Ram Pothineni as the actor was the debut film of Keerthy's. Keerthy debuted in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay.
